    Macgregor Smith are looking for Landscape Architects at Senior, Newly Qualified CMLI and Graduate levels to join their studios located in the World Heritage City of Bath, as follows:

    • Graduates Landscape Architect with One Year’s Experience

    We are interested to hear from recent Graduates with ideally one year’s experience, who are self-motivated, able to inspire others and enthusiastic about delivering imaginative concepts. Strong 3D visualisation skills with advanced competency in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp are required. We encourage you to join our Pathway programme and through mentoring and varied work programmes we will actively support your P2C qualification.

    • Newly Qualified CMLI

    Newly CMLI qualified landscape architects already with suitable pre/post Chartership experience. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, teamwork and organisation skills, experience of working with clients and be willing to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.

    • Senior Landscape Architect

    Senior Landscape Architect who is self-motivated, aspirational and enthusiastic about delivering imaginative design. The successful candidate will already have developed first class conceptual design strengths, delivered projects through planning process and will have been part of the successful implementation of high profile hard and soft landscape projects. Leadership abilities and the ability to work in a team framework are essential. You must also be willing to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.

    All opportunities are for landscape designers of the highest calibre who wish to be part of a design- led practice, focussed upon master planning and the installation of projects on site. We currently have a particularly exciting portfolio at home and overseas, with major development projects across the UK, projects in Spain, and China. Whilst not core to our work some knowledge and experience of LVIA processes would be helpful.

    The successful candidates for all levels will be team players with strong inter-personal and organisational skills, as well as good presentation and verbal abilities. They will demonstrate advanced competence in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp. Your written and spoken level of English must be fluent. A clean driving licence is preferable.
