People

Our team consists of landscape architects, urban designers and graphic designers.  Our staff come from a wide range of nationalities and educational backgrounds which gives us an unusual richness of cultural perspective and language.

We are particularly proud of the stability of our team.  We have grown the practice together.  This stability, continual training, CPD and short “sabbaticals” has led to the blossoming of an unusually strong core of senior designers skilled in both strategic thinking as well as careful consideration for delivery on site.

We believe in team work, and have forged many partnerships, both in long term relationships with clients, fellow consultants and in a robust “supplier chain”.  Learning from these and with our bespoke Quality Assurance system, we have developed a competence for delivery which has led to many international commissions.

We demand rigour in the design process, a clear and transparent justification in the journey from concept to detail.

Our studios are equipped with a wide range of the most up to date media to explore and communicate.  But as well as being skilled with computer technology we are equally proud of our skills with expression of concept through the craft of hand drawings.
