The Project
Excellently located in Kent Thameside on the M25 spanning 315 acres, Crossways Business Park is the largest mixed-use business park in the UK. New owners required a major up-grade of “tired” infrastructure and fresh designs for their extensive development programme.
Our Role
Working closely with the in-house maintenance team we established strategies for rejuvenating the “tired” landscape of the entire park, which had been laid out on challenging sand soils. We successfully supervised the comprehensive up-grade to ensure it was fit for purpose as an international grade business environment. Landscape design to a series of new B1 Development, including headquarters for Laing O’Rourke.
