The Project
Landscape and Visual Impact assessment for major urban development including high rise buildings and extensive mixed use. Baseline analysis of existing landscape resources of the locality including q public open space audit. Visual impact assessment of high rise development. Assessment of beneficial effects arising from proposed landscape strategy. The findings of the EIA were fed into the emerging masterplan to ensure effective integration of this proposed development with the existing communities. Resulting in planning in Nov 2009.
