Landscape character assessment and capacity study covering the whole of the Christchurch Borough Council Area.
Our Role
Study included analysis of countryside, urban edge, townscape and coastal landscape and considered the sensitivity to change and capacity of each to absorb development. Study subsequently adopted as planning guidance by Planning Authority.
