The Project
The creation of a new landmark settlement on 180 hectares of riverside land in East London.
Our Role
The preparation of a Play, Sport and Recreation Strategy in support of an Urban Design Framework to accompany a Planning Application. An aspirational, not prescriptive approach to add a vibrant component to the new parks, squares, and sports facilities for the 10,000 new homes to be accommodated here on the banks of the River Thames.
