The Project
A comprehensive masterplan for a mixed use regeneration. 7,500 new residential units, retail, commercial and leisure within a new town centre – one of London’s supersites.
Our Role
Public Realm and Open Space Strategy and contribution to Landscape and Visual Impact sections of an EIA, to accompany the Outline Application, granted plannin in November 2009.
Our strategy proposes a new green quarter. A carefully crafted framework of squares, streets and parks where a stimulating outdoor environment and nature are an essential component of the Place Making exercise.
