The Project
Delivery of masterplans for 1.5m square feet of mixed use city centre development.
Our Role
Landscape and Public Realm design. Contribution to a Design and Access Statement which describes proposals for a new sequence of public realm spaces, aimed at achieving a stimulating outdoor environment and integration with the urban grain of the city. In particular this celebrates the area’s industrial heritage, its historic canal system and links with the new major city park. The design was developed closely following the AWM Green Point sustainability targets.
