50,000 sq. m. retail and leisure park with a focus on a restaurant “street” and 20 screen cinema complex.
Our Role
Full service commission to improve and enliven the overall development by a major upgrade of the public realm. The concept includes a series of inspiring mature oases with palm trees, all year round colour and cooling water. An “instant” maturity with 8m tall trees and flamboyant Canna Lilies and Oleander.
