2.2m square feet, Europe’s largest leisure and retail destination. A place uniquely set in the beauty of the pine forest with an innovative sports and leisure lake at its heart.
Our Role
‘Place Making’ Consultant. Working with L35 to enrich the visitor experience through its streets, squares, canals, lakes and parks, from concept through implementation to completion. Currently part completed and trading since 2008.
The Lake is a central part of the personality of Puerto Venecia. Water is the main activity feature with competitive events and shows occurring all year round. Attractive and quiet walkways contrast with the exciting esplanade bars and cafes. Our role extends to working with Spanish designers to achieve high quality presentation from concept to implementation and maintenance
