The Project
Creation of a town centre market square within a Conservation Area.
Our Role
Following commissions for town centre regeneration studies we were re-appointed as advanced concept designers to detailed planning, and client’s representative to ensure quality was maintained through a design and build process. The distinctive qualities for the spaces are drawn out through extensive granite paving, natural stone walling, and collaboration with artist, Howard Bowcott. We have created a flexible space suitable for markets, events and a key venue for the internationally famous Abergavenny Food Festival.
