A 350,000 sq ft leisure and office complex with roof gardens and city square placed in the World Heritage City of Edinburgh
Our Role
Full service, concept design to installation. A simple flexible ground level public realm, open to adaptation for differing uses through the year. Strategic views draw the eye to the Observatory. Terraced roof structures maintain a strong green connection to Calton Hill and the wider city greenspace. Winner of ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ - Scottish Property Awards 2003.
