EQ, Bristol

Panoramic roof terrace with views to some of Bristol’s most iconic landmarks

EQ is a cutting edge new office development with a café, fitness space auditorium and unique south facing roof terrace and lounge.

The designs reflect the surrounding urban landscapes and celebrate the industrial heritage of this area of Bristol, framing panoramic views to the City’s iconic landmarks of St Mary Redcliffe Church, The Harbourside and across Bristol to the Mendip Hills in the distance.

A vibrant space to meet and work, the development has placed wellbeing and sustainability at the very core of the designs.

Spaces to relax

Spaces to take in the breath-taking view

Spaces to celebrate

The external spaces have new public realm surfacing and planting reflecting the rhythm of the adjacent facades, creating a strong continuous link between the architecture and landscape.

The planting design combines a strong green structure which frames views with a dynamic element which changes in colour and texture with the passing of the seasons.

At ground level the adjacent public realm has been enhanced by improving the quality of paving materials that pick up on the traditional materials of the surrounding streets, creating visual continuity as well as a high-quality entrance space.
